THE FIRM
A global law firm with outstanding expertise in the Financial Services Regulatory arena.
THE ROLE
A non-contentious FSR lawyer is required to handle both advisory and transactional/commercial projects regulatory work, UK domestic and international.
You will be dealing with clients across the FS industry, both wholesale and retail.
These will include banks, payment services/e-money firms, interdealer brokers, asset managers, private equity firms, insurers, insurance intermediaries and energy sector clients.
Non-contentious associates also have the rare and highly valuable opportunity of becoming involved in contentious work, to broaden their experience, if of interest.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer with in the region of 1-4pqe in financial services regulatory work, you will have experience dealing with large, complex and multi-jurisdictional matters
