This high street firm, with multiple branches across the Nottingham area, is now looking to expand its Conveyancing department with the appointment of a qualified residential conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer.
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to pick up a considerable caseload and make themselves the "go-to" person who will increase the profile of the firm and of the department generally.
You will enjoy a high level of autonomy in this role and will be able to help shape the department moving forward.
Applications will be considered from self-sufficient and confident conveyancers with any level of post qualification experience although ideally, you should have upwards of 3 years' PQE or equivalent.
You will be the main fee earner in this branch office location which means you will need to be qualified so that you can sign off files.
You will use case management systems and be an organised individual with clear communication skills.
Applications from relocators will be considered, however, you should be able to commit to live and work in the Nottingham area and be motivated by working with a client base for the long term.
