We are working with a boutique commercial firm with a fantastic reputation within Property Finance who are seeking a paralegal to join their team in a full time, permanent basis. The firm are based within Cheshire but easily commutable from the Manchester city centre.

Your New Role

Joining as soon as possible, the successful Property Finance paralegal will undertake a mix of fee earning and assisting within property finance matters, particularly bridging. This will include drafting security documents and making Land Registry applications. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team and there is the potential for a training contract down the line for candidates that perform well.

Requirements

Previous experience within real estate finance, or even within bridging when acting for a borrower within conveyancing transactions is highly desirable. Our client is looking for a candidate who is genuinely interested in this area of law and someone who wants to build a career within property finance.
