THE ROLE:
A busy developer with bases across the country have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their Sales team and cover a period of maternity leave. The postholder will be responsible for the day to day plot conveyancing on new build developments and will deal with all aspects of the Sale process from start to finish. The successful Plot Sales Conveyancer will be expected to achieve department set performance targets for each stage of the process and liaise with the regional offices as appropriate.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from experienced Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers who have prior plot sales experience or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing along with a detailed understanding of the residential conveyancing process. Candidates who wish to be considered for this role must have experience in handling high volume work and the ability to work under pressure to tight time scales. It is essential that the appointed Plot Sales Conveyancer is self-sufficient in generating correspondence and dealing with enquiries to include non-routine matters and queries that arise either before, during or following the sale of the new build plots or the development.
