Our client, a top-tier law firm, are seeking an eDiscovery Project Coordinator to support the delivery of billable eDiscovery Solutions services to clients and provide project support across all matters supported by the eDiscovery Solutions team.

The ideal candidate will be keen to further develop and grow in eDiscovery. An interest in learning more about eDiscovery technology and workflows is desired. The successful candidate will be a person who wants to grow in the role and begin their career in the eDiscovery industry.

Reporting to the head of eDiscovery solutions, you will assist the eDiscovery team across various projects, in various capacities.

Key tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:

•             Assisting the Head of eDiscovery Solutions with administrative and operational support including; marketing, business development, pitches and department documentation.

•             Overseeing the recruitment and administration of document reviewers

•             Managing timesheets and invoices associated with document reviewers

•             Monitoring document time recording and utilisation

•             Liaising with IT on equipment setup and creation of employee accounts

•             Overseeing all department invoicing and billing

•             Managing archiving and return of historic project data

•             Managing billing tracking systems

•             Managing project assignments tracking systems

Key areas of contact:

•             Daily contact with the eDiscovery Solutions team for work allocation, responsibilities, and review performance

•             Frequent contact with recruitment agencies

•             Frequent contact with IT to assist in the deployment of software and to help solve other IT issues

•             Frequent contact with the document reviewers

•             Frequent contact with finance, accounts payable and billing to assist with processing and payment of eDiscovery Solutions invoices

•             Frequent contact with HR to assist with the onboarding of document reviewers

Applicants will possess the following:

•             Degree educated (Law highly desirable)

•             Basic understanding and desire to learn about eDiscovery

•             One-year experience in a litigation support/professional services type role delivering high quality client services

•             Communications, marketing, or business development experience a plus

•             Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

•             Ability to understand and work with complex databases
