CLIENT: Saudi giga-projects are in full flow at the moment, supporting the drive towards Vision 2030. Tourism, infrastructure, real estate and hospitality are major target areas for growth in the diversification away from oil revenues. Some projects are more cutting edge, futuristic and innovative, whilst others have been established to protect existing culture and heritage, combined with building and developing new ideas. We have client needs spanning all across the giga-portfolio, covering multiple Saudi cities.

ROLE: Our current positions will see you joining growing teams, working on project development, construction, real estate and hospitality agreements and major high value transactions. Although the work will predominantly slot into those key areas, other more general day to day commercial work will come up, as well as risk mitigation and regulatory compliance issues. You will also be required to help grow, train and mentor a team in order to set the bar for internal standards.

CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to take into consideration before you apply:

- 6+ years PQE and it is essential that you have international standard training and experience.
- Extensive depth and strength in one or more of construction, real estate or hospitality.
- You will need to have worked in a major developed market such as the US, Europe or Asia.
- No need for previous GCC experience - in fact those with none are very much encouraged to apply.
