THE ROLE:
This well-regarded law firm in the North West is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to play an active role in the development of the commercial litigation department. This is an opportunity where your input dictates your success. The firm are increasingly busy and are looking to hire a junior but highly skilled Commercial Litigator into their team. The caseload will be comprised of all aspects of commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes and partnership disputes. Working directly alongside the partner, this role is ideal for someone ambitious, driven and keen to progress their career.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have a genuine passion for this area of law and have excellent knowledge of all aspects of commercial litigation. You will have ideally have experience within either a leading national or regional law firm and will be looking for a change in direction to join a firm who are committed to the development of your career. You will be keen to undertake business development activities within the local market. The Solicitor should be able to demonstrate proven experience in the full litigation process and ideally will have had experience advising UK and international corporations, governments and high net worth individuals.
