Paralegal/Contract Manager - Healthcare

A fast growing healthcare company based in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an experienced in-house Paralegal or Contracts Manager to join the newly formed legal team on a permanent basis.

You will be providing support and working very closely with the Senior Legal Counsel on standard contracts, including NDAs, licensing, consulting, sales, manufacturing and marketing agreements.

You must have at least 5 years experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in-house, and experience within the healthcare sector, or research contracts and IP is preferable. You will also have proven experience in managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.

This is a permanent position and a competitive salary is on offer.
