The firm seeks to hire two lawyers for its Corporate team to specialise in Equity Capital Markets at the NQ-4pqe and 4-7pqe levels.
You will be looking to join a team that seeks to be recognised as one of the leading ECM practices in London and offers an outstanding opportunity at a pivotal moment in the firm's growth story and in the UK ECM landscape.
ABOUT YOU
With significant UK ECM / Listing Rule sponsor transaction experience for your PQE, you will have worked for a Corporate or Capital Markets practice and have a desire to focus on this area.
