A boutique investments business is looking to recruit a private equity and/or real estate funds lawyer to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the Head of Legal and supporting the business directly, you'll advise on fund formation and documentation - some experience with Lux structures and AIFMD would be beneficial but is not essential.
You will have a private equity funds and/or real estate funds background from a top firm or in-house and be available to start a maternity cover position in late Q2 2021.
