The Role:

An established and reputable costs specialist firm in Manchester are currently looking for a Costs Draftsperson to join their established team. Your workload will include dealing with a range of complex multi-track cases within Clinical Negligence, Employers Liability and Public Liability.

This role will involve a range of duties, to include assessing and drafting Bills of Costs, schedules of costs, costs negotiations, preparing budgets, providing advice to clients and attending hearings. This position will be based remotely after a 2-week induction period.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will have experience of managing your own caseload and the ability to work independently. With working remotely, it's important that you are able to effectively prioritise your workload and manage your schedule, in order to meet client SLA's. In keeping with the company ethos, you will have a good track record of delivering a client-focused approach, dedicated to providing an unrivalled experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, as well as solid IT skills and good working knowledge of current CPR.
