Due Diligence Lawyer, Manchester
A leading global law firm is looking to hire a Due Diligence Lawyer to join a growing team in the heart of Manchester. You will work on a broad range of transactions which are high value and often with a cross border element. You do not need to be a Due Diligence Lawyer already - this is a unique opportunity for a candidate either from a transactional background already or a contentious background looking for a shift in direction, to move into a transactional Due Diligence Lawyer role at a global firm.

As a Due Diligence Lawyer, you would join:
- One of the world's largest and most profitable firms with 2,600+ lawyers in 30+ offices worldwide

The Role
As a Due Diligence Lawyer in this team, you would expect:
- The focus will be primarily on due diligence transactions across various legal disciplines
- Harnessing artificial intelligence and other innovative software solutions
- Primary areas of focus for review, analysis and reporting include corporate and commercial contracts, finance contracts, real estate leases and license agreements
- Opportunity to work alongside attorneys across the global network of offices
The Candidate
To be successful in your application for this Due Diligence Lawyer vacancy, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales and/or a US jurisdiction
- 2 PQE upwards
- Candidates with experience across a range of commercial practice areas including corporate, commercial and commercial litigation are encouraged to get in touch
- Strong academics with an ambition to handle complex international work
- A willingness to learn and use cutting-edge technology
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
