Construction Paralegal - Exeter

We are working with a large commercial firm, based in the South West, in their search for a construction paralegal to join their construction team in Exeter. This construction paralegal will be working for a highly regarded construction team on a wide range of non contentious construction matters.

Working for a range of clients, across varied industries, the successful construction paralegal will be working on a caseload of construction contracts (both domestic and international) . Working on standard construction contracts, You will also be reviewing ancillary documentation to include collateral warranties, appointments, parent company guarantees and performance bonds. You will also be working on contentious construction matters and will be involved in assisting with large disclosure, truial bundles, research and providing day to day support.

You must have atleast 6 months' experience within a real estate, litigation or construction team. You must have excellent academics and be based near to Exeter.
