Graduate Recruitment Adviser

Our fantastic Global law firm client is currently looking for a Graduate Recruitment Adviser to join their innovative graduate recruitment team and help manage the attraction and recruitment strategy for all future trainees, this role will have great autonomy and a high degree of responsibility. The main duties for this role include building good working relationships with career services contracts at our target universities, assisting in the planning, promoting and resourcing of all campus and internal events including law fairs, networking receptions, open days/insight events, work experience programmes and workshops, sourcing appropriate representatives from graduate recruitment, campus ambassadors, trainees, future joiners, associates, senior associates and partners for events. The graduate recruitment and marketing duties include, building a strong working relationship with our external marketing agency and assisting in the development of marketing materials for the start of the academic year, working closely with our external marketing agency to help design and review an innovative schedule of weekly posts for the graduate recruitment social media platforms, conducting market research on our media spend and assisting with the input on advertising spend for the academic year, organising representatives to write profiles and features with key media providers, assisting with awards submissions throughout the year, liaising with the internal marketing agency who help produce/update a small number of publicity materials during the year, liaising with the Office Services team to ensure branded items are prepared and delivered for internal and external events. Candidates must have prior experience working within a graduate recruitment role within a law firm or professional services environment. The core hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role has a flexible salary depending on the experience of the candidate.
