My client, a well respected and established firm are currently expanding due to rapid growth and are seeking to appoint an experienced Litigator to join their offices in Leamington Spa.

 

The role:

As the successful Litigator, you will have a range of responsibilities and duties which will include but not restricted to managing your own caseload of general Civil litigated files which may include:

  • Debt Recovery
  • Insolvency
  • Partnership / Company disputes
  • Contested Wills & Probate
  • Contentious Employment matters
  • Property litigation

The role will also involve drafting of legal documents, training junior staff and to take out advocacy duties when required.

 

Requirements:

 

In order to be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience across Civil Litigation and be able to run a caseload from start to finish. Ideally you will have dealt with Company / Partner disputes, employment disputes and contested wills and probate.

This role would be suited to an individual who is 3-6 years PQE and is very commercially minded and is familiar with the use of case management systems.
