HR Administrator at Law Firm – c£26k

An excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to get into HR has come up at one of the most supportive and friendly law firms in London. Working as a HR Administrator in a team of six you’ll be joining so that the existing HR Administrator can move up internally – most of the team have started there in more junior roles and progressed and developed.

What they are looking for is a bright, confident graduate (ideally HR, or some kind of business degree with an emphasis on the HR side) who is genuinely interested in pursuing a career in HR.

The role is an entry level HR opportunity, but they are hoping to find someone with around 6-12 months administration experience in a busy, commercial environment like a law firm or something similar.

The role will be heavily administrative and reactive, supporting the HR advisors and senior HR with recruitment, payroll, graduate recruitment, and projects. It is essential you are a good communicator with excellent time management and self-motivation, you need to be inquisitive and have excellent administrative skills.

The role will be completely remote initially, but once things a re back to “normal” the firm are happy to consider a work from home/remote element to this job, although they would want you in the office for at least 3 days a week and to be flexible.

For more information on this exciting entry-level HR opportunity please contact John Bruce ASAP.
