We are partnering with a highly regarded FTSE 100 listed telecommunications brand in their search for an Employment Solicitor join them on a contract basis.
The company and legal team represent one of the largest in the UK, with their recent success being strongly attributed to their dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.
The need comes from the recent launch of a dedicated Tribunal Claim and Settlement Team, with this role acting as a key part of the development of this practice, whilst the engagement is expected to be long-term.
Successful candidates will give advice and be responsible for:-
- Employment Tribunals
- Settlement Agreements
- Case Management
- Employment Law Projects
- Supervising and developing other lawyers and paralegals
Two years of qualified experience as an employment barrister is a prerequisite, whilst an understanding of stakeholder management and team leadership is a bonus.
The new team will be based in Birmingham, with a mixture of remote and office work available.
