This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced qualified Family Solicitor specialising in Privately funded Family Law.
The Family Solicitor will handle a full and varied caseload, to include:
- Divorce and Separation
- Civil partnerships
- Financial settlements
- Child law
- Pre and postnuptial agreements
- Parental responsibility and grandparents' rights
- Child abduction
- Cohabitation
- Domestic abuse
The successful Family Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 3+ years’ experience
- Post qualification experience working within a well-regarded Family team.
- Technically skilled
- An excellent communicator and team player
Location is flexible with 9 offices located between West Yorkshire and the North East, including sites in Wakefield, Harrogate and Knaresborough.
