Real Estate Finance Solicitor

A highly regarded Leeds based firm are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their growing team alongside one of the Real Estate Partners.

The Real Estate Finance Solicitor’s responsibilities will include:

  • Running teams for secured lending transactions (including liaising with the banking and construction teams)
  • Acting on behalf of a number of other clients including investors, developers and owner occupiers

The successful Real Estate Finance Lawyer’s skills and experience:

  • 5+ years’ PQE
  • Competent, confident real estate lawyer with a good breadth of experience
  • Real estate finance experience will be a large advantage
  • Works well within a large team
  • Good organisational with an ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Good written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail
