An opportunity for a confident and experienced Conveyancing Assistant has arisen to join a friendly and busy Conveyancing team in the beautiful town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Just a 3 minute walk from Harrogate train station with plenty of free street parking near by, makes the location ideal for commuters from Leeds, York and beyond. Work within a Covid Secure office in the heart of the town, adjacent to a lovely green space; the perfect spot for your lunch (when it's a bit warmer).

The role will be best suited someone who is eager to develop their skills and progress their career to Paralegal with some fee earning opportunities on the horizon.

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least 2 years experience working within a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Secretarial role
• Be able to hit the ground running with minimal training working on a busy case load of predominantly Sales and Purchase files
• Knowledge and experience of the Conveyancing process from opening a file to completion is key.
• A team player who has excellent communication skills
• A sharp attention to detail
• Be capable of thriving within a busy and time pressured environment
