Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction from our esteemed Bristol client, who seek to add to their property litigation team which is rapidly growing due to a raft of high quality client wins.

Successful candidates can expect to join a team led by highly experienced Partners who are recommended in legal directories as leading in property litigation work. They will also find that the team has an enviable client base, featuring landlords and tenants (with national portfolios), developers and investors, ranging from significant public and quasi-public sector bodies to FTSE 250 household names across a range of sectors including retail, leisure, telecoms, energy, central and local government, charities and transport and infrastructure.

If successful, you will assist on a varied workload including advising clients on a wide range of substantial contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant, telecoms, adverse possession, easements and title disputes.

This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor looking to progress their careers with one of the best property disputes practices in the south west and is suitable from NQ to Associate level. Please note, PQE levels are supplied to indicate the level of the role, those with more experience are still encouraged to apply.
