Residential Conveyancing Locum – Maternity Cover – South Wales – 5+ years PQE - A busy and popular long standing and well established private practice firm are seeking a conveyancing locum to cover a period of maternity leave.

This highly organised and well respected South Wales law firm require the assistance of an experienced Residential Conveyancer to support them during a period of maternity leave. Commencing the role in mid April 2021 for circa 6 months, this role will involve handling the full remit of sales and purchases of residential property from instruction to completion, providing a high level of client care across your caseload. You will be picking up on an existing caseload of matters, and therefore will need to be equipped to hit the ground running on cases at various stages of the conveyancing process. An experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum with a minimum of 5 years PQE, the successful candidate will be available to commence work mid April 2021 and be available to support for the duration of the maternity leave period. You will have the ability to confidently handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters and to pro-actively progress your caseload during the assignment. Enthusiasm for your role as a conveyancer and self-motivation are key requirements for this position.
