This role is not only open to those with banking and property finance experience but also those with property experience whether residential or commercial.  This Chambers & Partner and Legal 500 rated team advise banks and financial institutions and borrowers on:

• Acquisition and investment financing;
• Refinancing;
• Preparation of certificates/reports on title; and
• Perfection of security at Land Registry and Companies House

The successful candidate will have undertaken a seat in banking, real estate finance or property (residential or commercial). The size or type of firm background you are coming from is not important  You should be ambitious, dynamic and hold a genuine passion for this fast paced area of law.    In return you will have the opportunity to learn and work with some of the very best in this sector, a role like this could really be a springboard to a legal career on another level.
