An excellent opportunity for a developing Family Lawyer to work under a highly experienced partner and established team at this reputable regional firm.
The firm are a well known name within The Southcoast / Hampshire region offering legal services to both commercial and private clients. They have recently undergone some restructure and change that will see them continue to grow further making this a position a key hire to support that growth.
The family team take on all aspects of privately funded family work covering relationship breakdown, divorce, separations, financial settlements, pre and post nuptial agreements as well as children related matters and cohabitation agreements. The team are led by a highly experienced (20yrs+) Partner and along with the remainder of the fee earners and support staff form a very cohesive and friendly team to work with.
As a developing family solicitor qualified solicitor (or Legal Executive equivalent) you should have a good grasp of the fundamentals of Family Law and been keen to develop your knowledge further. Depending on your experience to date (0-3yrs PQE) you will be involved with a wide range of family work providing both key support and managing some of your own matters under supervision in order to build your expertise and develop into an established family lawyer in your own right. You will be provided with 1st class training and support in what is a busy but friendly family law department that can offer excellent longer term career prospects.
