Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join this leading, L500 rated Buckinghamshire practice.
Their corporate department continues to go from strength to strength and they are looking for a senior solicitor to lead the team.
You will have a background of dealing with complex transactions and experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactional work, directors and shareholders rights, corporate finance and joint ventures.
There will be supervisory elements to the role and experience of supervising junior colleagues would be beneficial. In addition, you will undertake business development to assist in further growing the department.
