Global Japanese Corporation based in London is looking to hire a new HR Manager who is CIPD qualified, this role will be remote working for the time-being.  This role is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading and most broad ranging corporations in the world with a tremendous work culture and reputation.  As HR Manager in a team of 9, responsibilities are for the London and European offices reporting in to the General Manager – supporting and managing operational, budgetary, financial and other HR activities in addition to planning and allocating resources to effectively staff and accomplish departmental productivity and quality goals plus you will be a coach and mentor to the HR team where you will be tasked with empowering employees to take responsibility for their roles to ensure delivery.  Duties will include the delivery of compliant HR functions across the Pan-European network, salary management, benefit management, support and advise on all HR/ER matters, delivery of robust recruitment, induction and performance management programmes and work with the General Manager to implement HR strategies across your network.  Previous HR experience of working in a Japanese company would fantastically beneficial, however previous HR management experience from a European focused role where you have worked as HR Generalist and taken ownership of ER matters.  Applicants should ideally have a stable CV as this firm endears and reveres loyalty, applicants need to be degree educated and be CIPD qualified – at least 2+ years management experience with a minimum of 8 years in a professional HR environment. Salary is £65-75,000 with a generous benefits package.
