LAW Absolute are working with a NHS Trust Foundation who are seeking a Corporate Governance Officer.
Previous experience within the NHS is preferred, however, it is not essential if you have strong corporate governance experience for you to be the successful candidate.
You will support the Head of Corporate Governance in various areas such as attending meetings and drafting minutes, preparation of draft agendas and providing the chair with professional corporate governance and support during meetings as required.
