Reputable law firm based in Liverpool city centre is recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its long established and highly accredited residential property team

THE FIRM

- Providing legal services to its clients with a particular focus on residential property for over 30 years
- Strong reputation in the local property market acting on behalf of clients nationally
- Using innovative technology and processes to offer an efficient and informative service to its clients

THE ROLE

- Handling your own conveyancing caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, staircasing agreements, right to buy and new build and limited company buy to lets and some short term lending and bridging finance
- Confident in adapting to constantly changing requirements and timescales in a busy environment
- Versatile with the ability to work well within a collaborative team

REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to demonstrate a minimum of three years handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
