Residential Property Solicitor

Leading Kent law firm are currently looking for an experienced residential property solicitor for a fixed term contract, ideally to start in May.  This role will be for a minimum of 12 months, but there is also the possibility of it becoming permanent after this time too.

The role will involve managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish with minimal supervision and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least 3/4 years PQE in managing a residential property caseload.

This firm offer a flexible working environment (a mix of remote working and office working, post pandemic) and operate a non volume environment, where you will manage a quality caseload, not a high volume caseload.  You will also get full secretarial support.  

Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers or legal executives and you must have at least 3 years PQE and be able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish without supervision.
