The position available is to be based with a leading L500 law firm that hold a enviable position within the local market and can provide a down-to-earth working environment. As the successful Commercial Property/Agricultural Solicitor you will have experience of handling a general mix of good quality commercial property work and will be technically excellent, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. You will be an energetic, tenacious and committed team player with a minimum of 2 years' commercial property experience gained from another well regarded firm. With a passion to develop your career with an innovative, supportive and ambitious firm, you will have the chance to progress your career both technically and across a wider skill-set to secure promotion and long-term career opportunity. This varied role will see you acting for a wide range of clients working on various commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property and development related matters. You will be joining a commercial property team that prides itself on excellent technical and negotiating skills and which manages successful transactions on all types of property work. Working on behalf of landowners and developers including those within the farming sector you will be interested to develop your expertise on complex transactional real estate matters. The work includes a range of development issues including site acquisitions, planning applications, permitted land development and strategic land planning.
