Ideally you will already have gained experience within a private client role. As a minimum you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of legal matters in relation to Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will be required to provide key support and have close contact with senior fee earners. The environment will provide a great opportunity to further your own personal expertise in this area of law. The role will suit an individual who is highly organised and thrives in a fast paced legal environment where working to deadlines and managing priorities is key to success.
