A new opportunity for an ambitious and driven commercial property solicitor is needed for a growing team in Aberdeen, favourably ranked in the Legal 500.
With an influx of work, the duties of the role will include a full range of commercial property work. The role will involve working closely with the Partner handling sales and purchase, leasing, property investment, property finance, property development and property disputes. The commercial property team advises on private, public and third-party sectors, which include national and international companies.
You must be technically and business minded, with the ability to work autonomously although supervised by the Partner. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload from inception to completion, covering varied, complex high net worth matters. You will have the guidance of a supportive and encouraging team and access to all the latest learning and development technology.
There is some scope here for the level, so we would be interested in hearing from recently qualified solicitors up to a more senior level. You will have a good grounding in commercial property experience gained at a respected firm and be confident to run your own caseload.
