Civil Litigation Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells
A regional law firm with an established and growing dispute resolution department are looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive (1-5yrs PQE to join them).
Your role will be to manage a caseload of litigated files including consumer disputes, advise on land disputes including boundary disputes and adverse possession claims, advising both landlords and tenants in property disputes and general civil litigation. You'll work closely with a Litigation Partner and other fee earners within the team and have exposure to a variety of work.
You must be a qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx or FCILEx) with at least 1yr PQE in managing your own caseload in a similar environment. You'll have good litigation skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
