A technology multinational, our client is now expanding its team with the hire of a commercial legal counsel for their Singapore office.
Part of a larger legal team advising on global business activities across multiple business lines with a focus on the Korean markets, you will be a qualified lawyer who has worked with a top law firm and ideally be based in Asia. You will also be a native Korean speaker and you should possess the ability to draft and review contracts in Korean
A structured and concise approach to legal work is essential as you will be part of a team which provides in-depth legal support on a variety of transactions.
