Top 100 Law Firm require a Corporate Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Shropshire, £45,000 to £55,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits. They are a ‘top ranked law firm’ as awarded to them by leading legal directory Chambers and Partners and are a ‘Leading firm’ in the Legal 500.

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will ideally have extensive experience of corporate work and have excellent business development skills - a hardworking individual who will become an integral part of the Corporate Commercial team. The role is a varied and challenging position. You will run your own caseload autonomously, provide advice to clients on a variety of corporate law issues, draft documents, ie cross option agreements, shareholders agreements, etc and liaise with clients and other professionals. You will demonstrate excellent client care skills, have a professional with a pro-active approach, be a highly effective communicator, have excellent organisational skills, a conscientious individual and of course a team player.
