SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, COMMERCIAL AND TECHNOLOGY, ABU DHABI

CLIENT: Our innovate, technology focussed client is looking for someone to join their legal team in Abu Dhabi.

ROLE: You will partner very closely with the business and help develop new products, whilst identifying and advising on risk and regulatory issues. Your work will span a wide range of technology focussed areas such as data privacy and protection, outsourcing, cloud computing, software development, intra-group service contracts across international jurisdictions and subsidiaries. You'll be based in Abu Dhabi.

CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to take into consideration:
- Ideal candidates will really need to have extensive international standard experience in the technology sector.
- It's vital that you've got cutting edge tech work from a top law firm or recognised leading corporate.
- As a guideline, 5-10 years of PQE would fit well into their current structure.
- Whilst it is preferred that candidates are based in the region, oversea applicants are very welcome.
