Are you currently looking for a new role as an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a firm in the Nottinghamshire area. My Client is a highly recognised law firm with multiple sites across the UK who are currently expanding the property department.
We require Qualified Residential Conveyancers ideally with 2 years + PQE Experience.
The Role
· You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold, sale and purchase files - Around 80-100 files.
· You will manage the transactions pro-actively through to exchange and completion while delivering strong client service and developing established relationships
The Person
· You will be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive.
· You will be able to manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files
· You will have a confident personality with excellent communication skill
