Our local authority client is looking for an experienced planning law locum to join the team from May. The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied caseload including:

- Section 106 agreements

- Advising at planning committees

- Advising on planning agreements

Based in South East, the successful candidate will be required to attend the office up to twice a week from summer.

Person specification

Candidates will need to have recent and relevant experience and will be a qualified Solicitor or legal executive, ideally with a public sector background.
