Residential Conveyancer required in Newcastle
Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a highly reputable firm of Solicitors at their office in central Newcastle.
The firm:
This highly reputable law firm boast an outstanding reputation for their work in residential conveyancing as well as several other areas and are recognised regularly by the legal directories. The firm employ over 50 specialist fee earners both qualified and non-qualfied who provide expert advice to clients both locally and nationally.
The role:
In line with the firms ongoing expansion plans, the residential conveyancing team now look to recruit an additional fee earner to join them on a full time basis. You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property work including but not limited to residential sales and purchase, re-mortgage and new build work. You will be supported by a number of paralegals who will provide general administrative support throughout the life of the file.
The successful candidate:
The team are interested in talking to both qualified Solicitors and experienced paralegals who are able to run a varied conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience running your own files.
Remuneration:
Salary to £40,000 (dependant on experience) plus benefits
