5+ PQE Family Solicitor to join Tier 2 Bristol team

Owing the unique skillset required within Family Law, the team's prowess falls within Divorce and Finances, Child Abduction and DV/Childcare.
In reflection to your skillset and preferred specialisms, you will utilise your skills and experiences with the ownership of a buoyant caseload, underpinned by the use of technology to ensure matters are dealt with accordingly.
Acting for those in both a private and funded capacity, the variety of the work is unprecedented. Cases are often complex, requiring longstanding relationships with clients maintained to the highest degree.
Creative and open-minded in your approach to resolving disputes, you will explore constructive and non-confrontational avenues whilst also appreciating the need to take immediate and concise action.
You will influence the team's strategic direction whilst also being hands-on with the more complex matters and guiding those more junior in their insight.
Structurally, the team is balanced to ensure staff at work according to experience while having exposure to challenging matters. You will have room to breathe, find the work compelling and work in harmony with those at all levels.
You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining trusted relations with current and future clients.

- 5+ years Fee Earning experience within Family law
- Experience in funded matters, ideally involving Abduction but not essential
- Resolution membership preferred, or willingness to achieve
- Empathy and compassion when engaging with clients
- Proven Business Development success, understanding its importance for the team and the wider firm.
- Keen to aid in developing junior staff, whilst working continually to increase your expertise and position within the firm.
