Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A well-established regional practice is seeking a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their offices in Greater Manchester on a permanent basis.

This firm have an excellent reputation for providing legal advice to individuals and businesses across the North West and beyond. They are now looking to appoint a new junior solicitor to their specialist Commercial Litigation team in West Manchester. The firm are well known for providing a flexible and supportive working environment to their lawyers and part home working will be supported, even post pandemic.

Your New Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will be dealing with a wide variety of commercial disputes, including:

• Shareholder disputes
• Debt recovery
• Contract disputes
• Breaches of employment restrictive covenants

You will have the opportunity to work on your own caseload whilst receiving plenty of support as necessary from senior solicitors and Partners. The role will suit those around NQ - 2 PQE who have a solid grounding in commercial disputes which they are looking to expand upon.
