This top regional firm is looking to expand its Commercial Property Team.
The firm is seeking a Solicitor 4+ years PQE who has previous experience managing a case load, including:
This will be for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporate and PLCs and public sector bodies.
This is a known firm with clients which include University of Reading a number NHS trusts, such as Oxfordshire PCT and Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
The firm is particularly experienced in advising clients with large and varied operational and investment property portfolios. Ideally you should be prepared to be involved in business development activity and share the firm's desire to provide excellent client service. In return you will be part of an exciting office environment offering a full range of legal expertise.
