The Role

This award-winning firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE to join their East London office.

This is an established, thriving and growing department. The firm have strong IT infrastructure, good support, and are looking for someone who has the ambition and desire to progress with a firm for the long term.

You must have experience in residential property dealing with a caseload consisting of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and more.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor (NQ - 2 PQE) with experience in residential property conveyancing.
• You will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and good attention to detail
• You will be able to work with a good level of autonomy and work well as part of a team
