My client, a well-established high-street law firm situated in North Birmingham are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their office.

 

The Role:

As the successful Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will have a range of responsibilities which will be mainly to provide full support to fee earners and more senior members of staff. There is also opportunity to get hands on with the files and support on a caseload and progression opportunities will be offered.

Main duties include:

  • Typing
  • Drafting documents
  • Opening / closing files
  • General admin

 

Requirements:

In order to be suitable for this position, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate strong typing skills and have worked in Residential Conveyancing. This role may also be suited to Legal Assistants and Paralegals who are able to do their own typing or have prior experience doing so.
