Commercial Law Solicitor - Bournemouth
Leading South Coast law firm rated in the legal 500 is seeking to expand the Company & Commercial Team. This regional law firm continues to grow and has invested heavily within I.T and marketing.
The role of Company Solicitor will involve dealing with a range clients including entrepreneurs, SME's and blue chip organisations. You will be responsible dealing with a range of agreements, terms of business, I.T and e-commerce agreements and also IP rights and data protection.
Ideally, you will have excellent academics, coupled with the previous ability running a caseload of broad commercial law matters for a range of clients.
