Tremendous opportunity to join this full service North West regional law firm and work as part of a successful conveyancing department. The conveyancing team is the largest & most profitable team within the business, as well as having one of the most well regarded teams within the North West. You will need to have gained at least 2 years' experience as a qualified conveyancer
The caseload in place is roughly 100 - 120 files however this is in a well managed environment with a modern case management and Paralegal support, so you won't be limited by time constraints or being bogged down by admin duties. You must be experienced in dealing with a broad mix of transactions that include: sales, purchase, right to buy, new builds, remortgage, transfer of equity, auction properties and shared ownership matters. More complex issues such as London leasehold and £multi-million transactions will also form part of your caseload.
There is plenty of scope for progression with this role as this company actively encouraging career advancement and have opportunities to become Associate or Partner. There are 40 fee earners and 20+ Secretaries & Paralegals, so you will have sufficient support to deal with work as efficiently as possible. There is a great ethos within the team and despite the size, there is a low staff turnover.
Salary is going to be based on PQE level however salaries for senior candidates can comfortably exceed £40,000+ with added benefits to include flexi-time and part-time hours can be offered. For further information on this role please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal.
