The commercial dispute resolution team resolve matters for a wide range of clients including international and domestic organisations, owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, partnerships and public bodies.
An opportunity to join the Technology Media and Telecoms (TMT) has arisen at their modern offices based in central Brighton. The team have developed expert and incisive knowledge of this sector over several decades and are viewed as regional pioneers but also challenge both the London and the International sectors having worked with an interesting and varied list of clientele. 

This is one of the fastest moving sectors in the industry and this opportunity could easily see you working with some of the largest ground-breaking technology, media and telecoms businesses in the UK.  Providing support to many start-ups and fast-growth companies with the majority of clients being SMEs.Many of the team have direct industry experience including music publishers and software coders in their ranks with partners across the firm as a whole being non-execs of technology companies and trustees of contemporary art galleries.

If you consider yourself to be a dynamic and focused Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE with Commercial experience (IP and technology being viewed as highly desirable) this would represent and an excellent opportunity for you to take your professional career forward. You will obviously be keen to build upon any existing expertise in the Technology sector or have a proven ability to adapt to this sector with good working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules being essential.

Benefiting directly from the supervision and closely working with an established Partner, you will report directly into the Senior Litigation Partner managing your own caseload you will be expected to meet fee earning targets and contribute to the targets and continued success of this firmly established team.This is a very close team who work extremely well together, they all have excellent qualities and share the commercial focus and client centred vision of the firm as a whole in what is a very professional yet relaxed working environment.
