Corporate Professional Support Lawyer

A superb role has arisen within the London office of this US-head-quartered firm. This is an exciting role for a corporate solicitor seeking their first move into a support role. It is also suitable for an existing PSL seeking a change from their existing practice.

The role is responsible for the corporate team’s knowledge and training requirements including legal know-how, trends and developments in the corporate environment and supporting the business with business development activities including the creation of pitch documents.

It is a key role which has responsibility for identifying opportunities for the team to build its profile outside the firm and developing M&A specific client initiatives including training, workshops and webinars.
