About the Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Employment Partner to join an ever-growing team which makes up a large chunk of the business in their Leeds office.

This practice has a strong reputation for employment law. they have a national presence in this space and have a particular strength in respondent work. They deal with TUPE matters, Corporate support, Contentious / non- contentious employment issues and HR Support.

They deal with / act on behalf of sports brands, healthcare services and finance companies. Their impressive client roster is what makes this opportunity stand out.

In this role you will be working alongside a strong networking of employment partners spanning the UK. Their national presence gives this practice and therefore their fee-earners access to some of the best quality employment work in the UK.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Lawyer with at least 8+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • Experience of managing a team is to advantage, but not essential
  • A portable client base of some degree isn't essential, but highly preferred
  • You will have a strong network of connections
  • Excellent client care skills are essential
