Residential Property Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for a locum contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Lawyer with Residential experience to join a popular public sector organisation.

The successful Property Lawyer will be dealing with a caseload purely consisting of residential matters, which is highly unusual for local authority roles. Therefore, we envisage this position to highly sought after, and strongly encourage interested applicants to register their interest as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with every aspect of the residential conveyancing process on an unsupervised basis, with previous experience of dealing with right to buy matters within a local authority environment, although this is not essential as long as previous experience of residential conveyancing is held.

The successful Property Lawyer will have experience of:

  • Lease Extensions
  • Buy Backs
  • Advising on Queries related to Housing Stock

The role is completely remote working due to the current situation, so office attendance would only be required on the first day for induction and IT collection.

If you are interested please email your CV to Rayhaneh Tehrani at Sellick Partnership as soon as possible to register your interest.
